Schools Santa Dash

Would you be able to help by holding a school Santa Dash or Jolly Jumper day this December to help raise money to support local patients and their families at the most difficult of times?
At Bolton Hospice, we offer a lifeline to those who need our care, which is especially important at Christmas when we help patients and their families be together over the Christmas period, whether in the hospice or at home. Last year, 32 schools across Bolton took part in our Christmas appeal helping to raise an elf-normous £36,393.15 - enough money to pay for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day at the hospice. What a precious gift to receive, which meant so much to us all here at Bolton Hospice.
With your help, we would love to reach this ambitious target once again, and provide a Christmas filled with treasured memories for the patients and their families at Bolton Hospice again this year.
Schools from across Bolton that are already signed up to take part in the 2022 Santa Dash are:
- Blackrod
- Moorgate Primary School

What does it involve?
Santa Dash – Choose a date and route of your own and gather your elves to sprinkle a little festive sparkle on a festive sponsored fun run. We will provide each child with their very own Santa hat and sponsor form, one lucky teacher will be provided with a Santa Suit to lead the route!
Jolly Jumper Day – Dig out your favourite festive knit, choose a date which best suits you and ask that all pupils and staff wear their Christmas Jumpers in return for a small donation to the hospice.
Could you help spread some Christmas cheer and organise your own Santa Dash for your pupils to enjoy?
