Lottery Administrator
We are looking for an efficient and effective administrator with excellent organisational and customer service skills to support the work of our Lottery team on a Part Time, 6-month fixed term contract.
Bolton Hospice provides free, expert care to local people facing terminal and life-limiting illnesses, and their families, in the hospice itself and in patients own homes. Our weekly lottery and bumper draws generate vital income to enable us to continue to provide care for local people with the added bonus of giving back to players via guaranteed cash and other prizes.
Salary £20,878 - £21,958 pa, pro rata
Part Time, 16-20 hours per week
(To be agreed with successful candidate. Afternoons over 4-5 days, Mon-Fri)

The Role:
As Lottery Administrator, you will assist the smooth running of the lottery office by providing effective and efficient administrative support. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing members with lottery enquiries and will provide excellent customer service at all times.
What you need:
You’ll need to have previous experience in administration, including MS office packages and data input. You’ll also need to be confident speaking to people on the phone, providing excellent customer service and at times, dealing effectively with issues or complaints. Good organisation skills and a strong teamwork ethic are also a must for this role.
