Lisa joined the nursing team over 15 years ago as a senior staff nurse, working across all areas of the hospice, then progressed to Sister on the inpatient unit.

Since then she has completed a Masters at Bolton University in Advance Practice and is now the Advanced Nurse Practitioner at the hospice. Lisa's Head of Clinical Services role supports the nursing team to provide the highest standard of specialist palliative care.

Lisa originally completed nurse training in Bradford and returned to the North West to work within the NHS for a number of years before moving across to hospice care.
