Spring has Sprung at the Wellbeing Hub
We are highlighting the vibrant activities and vital support offered at our Wellbeing Hub as spring arrives. Recent activities at the hub included a creative chocolate Easter nest session, where patients enjoyed baking together and connecting with specialist nurses.
Our Wellbeing Hub provides a crucial service that is about much more than just medical care. It serves as a welcoming space for individuals living with life-limiting illnesses to connect with peers, engage in new experiences, and learn strategies for living well. The hub offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, providing opportunities for social interaction, emotional support, and trying new things, all to enable its patients to live well with life-limiting illness.

A key feature of the Wellbeing Hub is its accessibility through self-referral. Anyone in the Bolton community living with a life-limiting illness can access the services and support available at the hub without requiring a doctor's referral.
We encourage anyone who feels they could benefit from the community and resources offered by the Wellbeing Hub to get in touch.
