Would you be able to help by holding a school Reindeer Run this December to help raise money to support local patients and their families at the most difficult of times? (Please note - you are able to take part in the reindeer run on any date you choose in December!)

At Bolton Hospice, we offer a lifeline to those who need our care, which is especially important at Christmas when we help patients and their families be together over the Christmas period, whether in the hospice or at home. Last year, 25 schools across Bolton took part in our Christmas appeal helping to raise a tinsel-tastic £27,424 - enough money to pay for Christmas Day at the hospice. What a precious gift to receive, which meant so much to us all here at Bolton Hospice.

With your help, we would love to reach this ambitious target once again, and provide a Christmas filled with treasured memories for the patients and their families at Bolton Hospice again this year.

What does it involve?

Taking part is easy! We will provide each pupil with a FREE reindeer antler headband and sponsor form envelope to collect their donations. We will also provide each school with a poster to promote their reindeer run and a fundraising kit to help you get the most out of your festive fun day. All you have to do is choose a date in December and get started, it’s as simple as that!
