​Our Tree of Life is a beautiful, handcrafted metal sculpture located in the hospice's main reception that allows personalised engraved leaves to be added to the branches to create a stunning and poignant lasting collection of memories and special messages. The tree represents the beauty of life, enduring strength and eternal peace.

Leaves can be dedicated in memory of a loved one, to express thanks, as a gift, to show support to the hospice or simply with your own name or personal message. 

How does it work?

There are three types of leaf available:

• Copper: £100
• Silver: £200
• Gold: £350

Upon receipt of your order, we will produce an e-certificate for you to keep which will include your personal message. You can make amendments to your message within 7 days, after which  we will arrange for your personalised leaf to be engraved and added to the Tree of Life.

Once your leaf has been fixed to the tree, we will invite you to visit the hospice and see it in situ. The tree will be fully accessible for you, your friends and family to visit any time you like to see your leaf. Your leaf will remain on the Tree of Life at the hospice for 3 years, after which you may decide to make a further donation to allow the leaf to remain on the tree for another 3 years, or ask for the leaf to be returned in a presentation box for you to keep.

There is also an opportunity to purchase replica leaves, which are exact copies of the engraved leaves added to the Tree of Life and will be provided in a presentation box. You can purchase as many additional replica leaves as you wish for yourself or for friends and family.
