Band 4 Nursing Associates


We are now seeking to recruit enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified Nursing Associates to work within the Inpatient Unit at Bolton Hospice.  This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity for anyone wishing to further develop their nursing skills and knowledge within specialist palliative care.

£22,549 - £24,882 per annum

(dependent upon experience, plus unsocial hours enhancements)

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

The IPU is a 24 hour, 7 day service and the roles will therefore include weekends and rotation to night duty.  Long day shifts are available to staff on IPU.

The Role

Working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will use your breadth of knowledge to contribute to the support of patients with complex clinical needs and provide hands-on, person-centred care.  Our staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.

What you need:

To apply, you must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree.  We are looking for someone compassionate and caring, who has a passion for specialist palliative and end of life care.  You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities and be welcomed as a valued member of an experienced and supportive team.
