Trustee


Bolton Hospice is seeking potential Trustees with expertise in Human Resources.

 

The role of the Trustee Board is to provide strategic leadership and oversight at a governance level ensuring the Senior Leadership Team are held to account and progress against plans is monitored, performance is measured and the charitable objects of the hospice are delivered lawfully, appropriately and effectively.

The Bolton Hospice Board of Trustees meets six times a year, on Tuesday evenings.

Trustees are also expected to contribute to at least one sub-committee of the Board – Finance, Informatics, Quality & Standards, Buildings. Sub-committees meet between 4 and 12* times a year (*Finance Committee only) in the day time.
